The theme or template does not matter: the agent talks to the blogging system, not the design. Not sure what your site runs on? Look at the website's admin login page, or ask whoever built the site.
Step 1: Switch the blog on
- Business and platforms: tick Website blog in the platforms table.
- Set the time for blog promotion posts (the posts announcing each article). Press Save settings.
Step 2: Add the website
- Open Blog and press Add a website.
- Choose the Blogging system, type the Website address (starting with https://) and a Blog name.
- Fill in the Connection fields from your system's guide.
- Article checks: your categories, the pages every article should link to (for example
contactorbook), words never allowed, and the minimum length. - Press Save, then Test connection. It should say "Connected".
Step 3: Write an article
- Under the website, press New article.
- Fill in:
- Title: what readers see.
- SEO title (30 to 60 characters): the title Google shows.
- Web address ending: leave blank to make it from the title.
- Category and Goes live date and time.
- Header image (1200 x 630) and its description. Upload images on the Write a post page first.
- Summary and Meta description (120 to 160 characters): shown in blog lists and Google.
- Write the article in Article (HTML):

Section heading
for each section (at least 3),
Paragraph
for text,

Point

for lists, contact usfor links. With an AI key (guide 18), press Draft with AI for a first draft, then edit it.
- Optional: write a Promotion post. It goes out on your social platforms on publish day, linking to the article.
- Press Save.
Step 4: Check and approve
- Press Check. Fix anything listed under "Not ready" and save again. "Advice" lines are suggestions only.
- Press Approve for publishing. The article publishes by itself at its Goes live time.
- Need it now? Press Publish now and confirm.
What happens on publish day
- The article goes live on your website (or, for "any other" websites, is exported for you to paste: see guide 17).
- The promotion posts and a Pinterest pin are released with the article's real address.
- The article shows as live in the Blog list.
Good to know
- The agent only adds new articles. It never changes or deletes existing ones, and refuses to publish if the web address is already used.
- Changing an approved article un-approves it, so check and approve again.
Monthly newsletter
- In Blog, find Monthly newsletter. Choose the month and, if you like, change the newsletter's name.
- Press Write it now with AI (about 3 AI credits). The AI writes a round-up of what you posted that month, using only your own posts and articles, and links to the month's articles. Nothing new is added.
- The newsletter opens as a draft article, with its promotion post filled in. Check it, change anything you like, then press Save and Approve for publishing, as for any article.
- When it goes live, the promotion post goes out on your platforms with the link. On Facebook it counts as one of your link posts for the month.
- To have it drafted for you, tick Draft last month's newsletter for me automatically and choose the day. We email you when it is ready to check. Nothing is published until you approve it.
