Acceptable use policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026.
You may not use SocioRelay (your hosted app, the website or its services, including AI credits, photo search, AI images, client review links and the API) to publish, create or do anything that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent or sexually explicit, or exploits children.
- Is misleading advertising, including false prices, fake reviews or testimonials, invented results or undisclosed paid promotion.
- Breaks advertising rules for your industry (for example promoting prescription-only medicines to the public, or before-and-after images without consent).
- Breaks a platform's terms, including spam, artificial engagement, buying or selling followers, or running accounts you are not authorised to manage.
- Infringes someone else's copyright, trade marks or privacy (for example images or music you do not have rights to, or photos of people without their permission), or uses a stock photo against the Pexels licence or the Pixabay Content License.
- Uses AI to impersonate a real person, create deceptive images of real people or events, or produce content the AI provider's own policies forbid.
- Sends unsolicited bulk messages or collects personal data without a lawful basis.
- Attempts to bypass plan or account limits, access another business's app or data, reverse engineer the software, scrape it, or overload or attack our services (including through the API).
We may suspend an app or account that breaches this policy. Report misuse to info@sociorelay.com.
