Questions
What are AI credits?
They let the app write posts and articles, and make AI images, without an AI account of your own. A post uses about 1 credit, an article about 3, an image 4. Every paid plan includes credits each month, and you can buy packs. Or use your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini key, or a free local model.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged. Posting pauses and your app, posts and settings are kept for 30 days. Choose a plan in that time and everything carries on where you left off.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any time in your account. Changes are prorated and reach the app within a day, or straight away with "Check licence now".
Do I need to install anything?
No. SocioRelay is hosted on our UK servers: you sign in from any computer, tablet or phone, and posts go out on time even when your computer is off. Each business gets its own app, with its platform logins encrypted with a key for that business alone.
How is this different from other social media tools?
Most tools charge per channel, per profile or per user, and add extra charges for approvals, analytics or AI. SocioRelay is priced per business, includes approvals, client review links, reports and AI credits in every paid plan, publishes your website blog to 13 systems, plans topics for your industry, and runs your own app on UK servers.
What counts as a social account?
Each place you post to: a Facebook Page, an Instagram profile, a LinkedIn profile or company page, an X account, a Threads or Bluesky account, a TikTok account, a YouTube channel, a Pinterest account, or a Google Business Profile location. Use your accounts on any platforms in your plan, including two Pages for two shops or for two businesses you own. Need more? Add extra social accounts at £2.50 a month each. Once all your accounts are in use, you can swap one for another once a month.
Is X included?
Yes, with a monthly allowance, because X charges for every post: about 30 posts a month on Lite, 66 posts a month on Starter, 200 posts a month on Growth, 400 posts a month on Pro, 200 posts a month on Agency (per client business), and up to 14 in the free trial. Posts with links cost X more than 13 times as much. X posting pauses at the allowance while your other platforms carry on; add Extra X posting at £6 a month for more. If you connect your own X developer account instead, X bills you directly and there is no allowance.
Can you change my website for me?
Connecting your website blog is a fixed price: £75 for WordPress, Shopify, Wix and other common systems, £150 for Joomla, Drupal, BigCommerce and static sites, or free if you follow our guide yourself. Changes to your website itself (a new blog page, theme changes, a custom connection) are quoted separately after we have looked at your site, so you know the price before any work starts.
I run an agency. How does it work?
The Agency plan gives each of 10 client businesses its own app, with 10 social accounts on every platform we support and the website blog, plus £12 a month for each extra client. Need more for one client? Add extra social accounts (£2.50 a month each) and give them to that client's app in your account; the other clients are unchanged. Name each app after its client, and send clients review links to approve their posts. Your first 12 months are half price, extra clients included.
