Bulk upload, repeating posts and news feeds
Three ways to fill the calendar faster.
Bulk upload from a spreadsheet
Schedule up to 500 posts at once, for example a month of posts written in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Write a post > Bulk upload from a spreadsheet > Download the template.
- Fill one row per post:
| Column | Example | Needed? |
|---|---|---|
| date | 2026-11-03 or 03/11/2026 | Yes |
| time | 09:30 (24-hour, your business time zone) | Yes |
| text | The post. Keep line breaks inside the cell. | Yes |
| image | offer.jpg (a file already uploaded on Write a post) | Only for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest |
| platforms | facebook; instagram (blank = every platform switched on) | No |
| link | https://www.example.com/book | No |
| repeat | 4 (post it again every 4 weeks) | No |
- Save as CSV UTF-8 (Excel: File > Save As > CSV UTF-8. Google Sheets: File > Download > CSV).
- Choose the file and press Check file. Every row is checked: date, time, image, platforms and the writing checks.
- Fix any rows shown in red in the spreadsheet and check again, or press Schedule the posts that passed.
- The posts appear in Scheduled posts, each with its platform copies at their usual times.
Repeating (evergreen) posts
Good for posts that stay true: opening hours, booking reminders, a popular tip, a review.
- On Write a post, choose Repeat: every N weeks before scheduling.
- After the post goes out, the next round is scheduled automatically: same day of the week, same time.
- To stop repeating, open the next round in Scheduled posts and press Cancel the whole post.
Tip: avoid repeating posts that mention dates, prices or offers that will change.
Duplicate a post
Open any post in Scheduled posts (coming up or history) and press Duplicate. Its text and image open in Write a post, ready to change and schedule.
News feeds to topic ideas
Turn new articles from websites into ideas to share: your own blog, your industry body, a supplier or local news.
- Find the website's feed address: look for RSS or a feed icon, or try the site address followed by
/feed(WordPress) or/rss. - Topic planner > News feeds: paste one address per line and press Save feeds.
- Every few hours, new articles appear in the calendar as Share: (title), with a source link.
- Press Write next to one: the post starts with the title and link. Add a sentence on why it matters to your customers (or press Draft with AI), then schedule.
Nothing from a feed is ever posted without you writing and scheduling it. Share other people's articles as links with your own words; do not copy their text or images.
