Licence and plan
Each plan gives your business one app and a set number of social accounts:
- A social account is each place you post to: a Facebook Page, an Instagram profile, a LinkedIn profile or page, an X, Threads, Bluesky, TikTok or Pinterest account, a YouTube channel, or a Google Business Profile location.
- Use your accounts on any platforms in your plan, including two Pages for two shops. An account is counted the first time your app posts to it (shown on Licence and plan in your app). Reconnecting the same account does not count again.
- When all your accounts are in use, you can swap one for another once a month. Need more? Add extra social accounts (£2.50 a month each), or email support.
- Your app is hosted on our UK servers. Sign in from any computer, tablet or phone; posts go out even when your computer is off.
Free trial (no card needed)
- Create an account at https://sociorelay.com/signup and press Start my free trial. Your app is set up automatically and we email you its address and a link to choose your password, usually within a few minutes.
- Everything in the Growth plan is included for 14 days: every platform (X: up to 14 posts to try it, because X charges us for every post), the website blog, AI writing and 20 AI credits.
- Nothing is charged. When the trial ends, posting pauses and your app, settings and posts are kept for 30 days. Choose a plan in that time and everything carries on.
- One trial per business.

X charges for every post, so each plan includes a monthly X allowance when you use SocioRelay's own X connection (about 30 posts on Lite, 66 on Starter, 200 on Growth and 400 on Pro; posts with links use more; up to 14 in the free trial). X pauses at the allowance while other platforms carry on.
Prices: Lite £6, Starter £11.50, Growth £32, Pro £47, Agency £146 a month (pay a year upfront and save 20%). Buy at https://sociorelay.com/pricing. Bought after a trial? Your app carries on as it is; the new plan reaches it within a few minutes (or press Check licence now).
On Lite and Starter, you choose the platforms by ticking them in Business and platforms. You can swap one platform for another once a month.
Change plan or add more
- Press Manage subscription in the app, or open your account at sociorelay.com > Plan and billing.
- Change plan: choose the plan and monthly or yearly, then press See the price. A box shows what is charged today (the difference for the rest of the billing period) and your next invoice. Press Confirm and pay to change, or Don't change. We email you the details.
- Add-ons: set how many extra social accounts or Extra X posting you want (Agency: and extra client businesses), then press See the price and Confirm change. The difference is added to your next invoice.
- Back in the app, press Check licence now, or wait a few minutes. Then tick any new platform in Business and platforms and connect it in Connections.
Cancelling
Plans are month to month. In your account at sociorelay.com > Plan and billing, press Update card, invoices, cancel and cancel in two clicks: there is no minimum term. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the period you paid for. Then posting pauses, and your app, settings and posts are kept for 30 days (ask us for an export if you want one); after that they are deleted. New customers can ask for their first payment back within 14 days.

- Your apps: open your app; agencies see one app per client business and can name each.
- Plan and billing: change plan, add-ons and extra client businesses; buy setup or website help; update your card, download invoices, cancel.
- AI credits: this month's allowance, packs, and what was used.
- Client reviews: your review links and what clients decided (see guide 30).
- Settings: your details and team. API and webhooks: keys for Zapier and other software (see sociorelay.com/developers).
