Time: 30 to 60 minutes a week, plus about a minute a day if you use TikTok.

Once: choose your industry and interests

  1. Business and platforms > Industry: choose the closest match.
  2. Tick the Areas of interest (topic themes) you want, for example "Treatments explained" or "Behind the scenes".
  3. Add your own topic ideas, one per line. Press Save settings.
  4. Read the advertising notes in the Topic planner for your industry.

Once a month: plan topics

  1. Open Topic planner.
  2. Choose the Start date (a Monday), Weeks, Posts per day and Posting days.
  3. Tick the themes to include and Include seasonal dates. Press Make plan.
  4. Edit any topic or date in the calendar, remove ones you do not want (✕), then Save changes.

Each week: write and schedule

  1. In the Topic planner, press Write next to a topic. Write a post opens with the topic.
  2. Write the post (or press Draft with AI and edit it):
    • a strong first line,
    • short paragraphs,
    • lists with "→" at the start of each point,
    • up to 3 hashtags on the last line.
  3. Add an image (1080 x 1350). Upload it or choose one already uploaded.
  4. Check Main post time. Untick any platform you do not want for this post, or give it a different time.
  5. Look at the Preview for each platform. Press Check writing, then Schedule.
  6. The topic shows as scheduled in the planner.

Each day

  1. TikTok: open the draft in the TikTok app, paste the caption, tap Post (guide 04).
  2. Reply to comments within the first hour after posting.

Every Monday

  1. Open Reports and read the week's report: followers, what went out, your best posts.
  2. Do more of what worked when you plan the next week.

Managing scheduled posts

  1. Scheduled posts > Coming up lists each post with its platforms and times.
  2. Click a post to: move the whole post, change one platform's time, edit one platform's text, cancel one platform or the whole post, or publish now.
  3. History shows what was posted, skipped or failed. Click a failed one to see why, fix it, then press Try again.
