Blog - Duda
Time: 10 minutes. Works with: Duda sites with the blog switched on. You need: API access from the Duda partner account the site belongs to (usually your web designer or agency: Duda gives API access on its agency plans).
Step 1: Get the API details
- In the Duda partner dashboard: Settings > API access (or ask your agency). Create an API user and note the API user and API password.
- Open your site in the Duda editor. The site name is the code in the address, for example
1a2b3c4d. - Make sure the site has a Blog (Pages > Blog).
Step 2: Add the website in the app
- Blog > Add a website. Blogging system: Duda.
- Website address, Duda site name, API user, API password, and an Author name if you like.
- Press Save, then Test connection.
Good to know
- Duda takes images by web address: in the article, set Image web address (for example an image already on your site or the free photo's address).
- After each article the site is republished so the post shows. Article addresses follow Duda's
/blog/(slug).
