Deleting your data

You can remove SocioRelay's access to your social media accounts and have your data deleted at any time.
Remove a connected platform
- In SocioRelay: open your app, go to Connections, and press Disconnect next to the platform. The stored login is deleted from your app straight away, and where the platform allows it (Google, YouTube, X and TikTok) the app also asks the platform to cancel it.
- From the platform: you can also remove SocioRelay in each platform's settings:
- Facebook and Instagram: Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → SocioRelay → Remove.
- Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → Apps → SocioRelay → Remove.
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services → SocioRelay → Remove.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions → SocioRelay → Remove.
- Google and YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → SocioRelay → Remove access.
- Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins → Apps → SocioRelay → Remove.
- X: Settings and privacy → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → SocioRelay → Revoke.
- Bluesky: Settings → Privacy and security → App passwords → delete the one you made for SocioRelay.
Removing SocioRelay in a platform's settings stops the stored login working at once. To have the app's copy deleted too, press Disconnect in Connections, or email us (below).
Delete everything
- Close your account. Close your account in Settings at sociorelay.com, or email info@sociorelay.com from the address on your account.
- What happens next.
- Your app stops at once.
- Its posts, images, settings and platform tokens are deleted within 30 days.
- Backups expire within 6 months.
- We keep only invoices and records the law requires.
- Confirmation. We confirm by email when the deletion is complete. If you came here from Facebook, Instagram, Threads or another platform and no longer have access to your app, email info@sociorelay.com with the name of the platform account. We delete the data linked to it within 30 days and reply with a reference number you can use to check progress with us.
